All local orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders placed after 7:00PM SG Time or on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day.
4. Shipping Methods and Costs
We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping (Local): Delivery to doorstep within 3 to 5 business days. Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and destination.
- Malaysia Shipping: Delivery within 5 to 7 business days. Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and destination.
- United States Shipping: Delivery within 8-14 business days. Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and destination.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method chosen, the weight of your order, and the delivery destination.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment using the tracking number provided.
