How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's site. For in-stock items, your order will usually reach you within 3-5 working days.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we offer shipping to Singapore, Malaysia and United States.
Do you accept customizations?
Yes we do accept customizations for bracelets and charms!

Return & Exchange
Non-Exchange and Non-Return Policy
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges and returns for any products. All items, including custom-made, personalized, and clearance products, are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Once a purchase is made, it cannot be returned for a refund or credit.

14 Days Warranty
[Due to the complexity of overseas shipment arrangements, our 14 Days Warranty is valid for Local-Singapore purchases only.]
In most cases, our charms and bracelets are quite durable! However, we do provide a 14 Days Warranty for a one to one exchange of the same value item from our available catalog due to:
- Wire breakage for charms
- String breakage for bracelets
only.
The 14 Days Warranty starts from the date of order and is only valid one time per purchased item.

I broke my charm/bracelet after the 14 Days Warranty. Can I still exchange or refund?
We are sorry you broke your item. Unfortunately, we do not accept any return for refund or credit.
As it is beyond the 14 Days Warranty, we are unable to fulfil any exchange/replacements for free.
