Non-Exchange and Non-Return Policy

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges and returns for any products. All items, including custom-made, personalized, and clearance products, are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Once a purchase is made, it cannot be returned for a refund or credit.

Order Accuracy

Please ensure that you review your order carefully before completing your purchase. If you have any questions or concerns about an item, contact us before placing your order.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at hello@faeriewhirlbeads.com. We will address any issues related to product defects or shipping errors as quickly as possible.

14 Days Warranty 

[Due to the complexity of overseas shipment arrangements, our 14 Days Warranty is valid for Local-Singapore purchases only.]

In most cases, our charms and bracelets are quite durable! However, we do provide a 14 Days Warranty for a one to one exchange of the same item or same value item (if the same item is out of stock)

 from our available catalog due to:

  1. Wire breakage for charms
  2. String breakage for bracelets

only.

The 14 Days Warranty starts from the date of order and is only valid one time per purchased item.

  3. Photo proof of wire/string breakage

Note:

  • The 14 Days Warranty does not cover any return for refund or credit.
  • The 14 Days Warranty does not cover broken crystal and hardware replacements due to user misuse.
  • The 14 Days Warranty does not cover overseas purchases (non-Singapore purchases).
